Personal branding doesn’t mean becoming someone entirely new; it’s about celebrating your unique qualities and achievements. Throughout your career, you’ve invested in your learning and leadership, earning the respect of others.

I’ve had the privilege of working with entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals who are either embarking on a new career chapter or entering a new phase in their professional journey. While marketing is often the initial focus, delving deeper often reveals a restlessness in facing the unknown.

Business friends have frequently heard me suggest that it might be time to “share your brain” (followed by an awkward silence).

Although you may no longer be tied to a specific company, you now have the opportunity to shape how others perceive you on your own terms. Discovering your personal brand opens doors to new opportunities.

A crucial first step is to engage with individuals who have been part of your career journey and have had an impact on your growth. For me, this led to my next chapter as a marketing therapist and business confidant.

Whether you’re nearing the end of your career or simply feeling restless about the future, it might be time to reshape your story to align with your current identity.

If you find yourself wanting to think out loud – buy me a cup of coffee and let’s explore your personal brand.
